Volunteering is at the heart of the AQTC
Volunteers, through their active participation, their availability and the richness of their experience, work in concert with the personnel of the AQTC on several levels :
» Organization and animation
Supervised by the counselor, volunteers who have had a TBI are involved in planning leisure activities and animating certain workshops and certain activities.

» Administration and management
The members of the association are involved with the board of directors with the aim of defining strategy and making fundamental decisions for the optimal development of the association. Nominations are made once annually in May following a call for candidates.
The volunteer in the community
Volunteering is important! The projects are being multiplied and even if AQTC is always happy to offer positions to its members in the Association, it also considers important to organize activities related to volunteering in the community.
With the support of AQTC counselor or a community based volunteer organization, it is possible for a person living with the consequences of TBI to be active in volunteer work outside of the AQTC. This experience will clearly develop a feeling of self worth and accomplishment. It is at this point that we come to maintain the gains, whether they are, for example, organization or socialization.
The AQTC operates in direct collaboration with:
